Short version: WordSearch.Now is a free word search site. We do not run ads. We process a small amount of information to operate the site, keep the leaderboard fair, and understand basic usage.

What we process

• Basic usage information: pages viewed and general device/browser information.
• Leaderboards: if you submit a score, we store your initials, time, and country. We may also process network identifiers (such as an IP-derived identifier) for abuse prevention.
• Messages you send us: if you contact us, we receive what you include (such as your email address and message contents).

How we use it

• Provide and improve the puzzles and site performance.
• Prevent abuse, protect the leaderboard, and maintain security.
• Respond if you contact us.

Sharing

• Service providers: we use third parties for hosting and analytics. They process data on our behalf to provide the service.
• Legal/safety: we may share information if required by law or to protect the site and users.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
